Is it possible to OC a sound card? If so, how? What program would i use? (i have an onboard sound card.

no, at least not software wise...

Onboard you say? Overclock your FSB above 66/100/133 FSB. You'll be able to stream more sounds, that's about it. Not much unless you were into digital music studio works. But then again you wouldn't be using onboard sound for that.
