Making a Case window

I was wondering what the cheapest way is to make a quality window....

is it just plexi glass from home depot? plastic?


and is the etching done with just a stencil and sand blaster? or a dremel bit?

I'd like to make it look professional... thanx

I just finished cutting the hole for my window tonight so far so good. I bought a piece from Home Depot that is typically used in picture frames. 11"x14" for $1.85 USD. I am looking for a place that sells H molding so I can finally put in the glass. H molding works good for me but I cannot find a place that sells it. Homw Depot is too big for me to look around

I think the etching would be too hard for you to do yourself but I dont know

I know I did ask but theres different sections with different kinds of molding. Where can I get some good molding?

You probably want to hit the auto parts store for that stuff (moulding).
