I ordered an Epox 8kha+ along with other parts from them but my mobo is what makes me not recommend them to anyone. I am in the process of rmaing it but stay away from them because:
1)They do not pay for shipping on rmas
2)They charge some random fee(they call it restocking sometimes but have many different fees) for any rma'ed product
3)They do not answer emails--Have been to trying to check up on the status of my mobo and when I should expect it back for weeks, but have not heard a word from them
4)If you call them you just get endlessly passed off to a different person and do not get anything accomplished.

Most places charge for returning RMA's. Just checked 6 sites at random and all 6 charge for returns of RMA's. These were all highly rated on Reseller Ratings also.

ALWAYS read the Terms of Sales before ordering from someone.

A place should NEVER charge a restocking fee on an RMA'd item. Only if you are returning it for refund.

Some places do charge for refunds on defective products because when they RMA that board back to Epox (which they pay the shipping for) Epox will return a Refurbished board and it can no longer be sold as new. I really don't think this practice is fair, however.

No excuse for not answering emails. BAD business practice.

Yikes. I just received two XP 1600s from them. Tested both and they worked though.

Had good prices but I'll admit, they answered no emails from me when trying to acquire a status on my order.

Hope I don't have to send either of these back to them.
