why do i only get 44fps on quack 3? is there any way to improve it?

Your cpu is too weak to even push a gf2 hard.

no, a gf2(gts or better) could run 100+fps with that cpu....its the video crad that is holding you back, its about as fast as a Voodoo3/TNT2 Ultra....

Sorry dude, they tricked ya, or were ignorant.

Try to take it back, if you can get a Radeon or Geforce 2(anything but an MX-200) or a Kyro in exchange then definately do it.

its better than an MX200, again making it on par with a Voodoo3 3500......also, im willing to bet tthis guys playing at 1024x768x32, and that is why.......

the MX200 will get around 40-50fps at that res
MX400- about 90-100fps
MX same as MX400

GTS-110
Ultra- 160

the MX200 does not deserved to be called a Geforce2....

Yes but the cpu does make a difference, the sis 315 card gets over 100fps in Q3 at 800x600 with a 1200mhz T-bird.

There are 3 card's the one I was referring to is the bright green on the chart, ecs sis 315 the same chip as the apollo 3d thrill.

The other is a GF2MX-200 and a Kyro.

I'm referring to you saying that the Apollo is faster than a GF2-MX, when your giving a link to it vs a GF2mx-200.

I'd hardly call the difference between an MX and an MX-200 nitpicking. It is a huge difference.

The Apollo IS faster than an MX-200(which is junk), while the Gf2mx and mx-400 are much faster.
