The only issue you may have to contend with is the physical dimension of your replacement unit. If it accepts standard ATX size units, there are many options available (like the Corsair VX, HX series or the Antec EA(D) units).

yeah, it doesn't accept standard atx psu's...i think i can get away with what i have running the 250W but i want to put in a 4670 once i get a smaller vga cooler.

Shuttle PSU's typically are a little under-rated, but they can EASILY pull low power CPU like you have and a ATI 4670. In my old G2 chassis Athlon-XP rig with the P40 PSU (what you have) I was able to do quite a bit of overclocking/volting on the CPU a 6800 (6800 had record for clock speed on air in the thing). Both components with a higher TDP then what you have.

References to what you PSU can handle can be seen HERE (http://www.sudhian.com/index.php?/forums/viewthread/97958/).

But, if yuo really want more power, the Shuttle Silent X PC50 is a 300W upgrade PSU. It looks like they run about $90. Review HERE (http://www.sfftech.com/index.php?/articles/show/695).

For a cheaper option, you might try this 300W IN WIN PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817374002). It apparently will fit with just some slight modifications.
