my question is: if i plan to use lock strip molding around a window and i cut the hole first, what size should i cut the lucite? smaller or larger than the hole? and by how much?

i've seen those kits with the washers...what size are those washers? meaning how far from the edge of the lucite is the center of the washer?

cut it about a half inch larger all around. That should accomidate your window.
