I currently have a Sapphire HD3650. Linky (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102726)
Newegg has this:

Would you happen to know what kind of performance gain I would get from upgrading? I'm looking to play COD4 at max settings, and the 3650 can't seem to do it.
what resolution will you be playing at?

I would suggest tossing a bit more cash, I think 3870's are under $100 now. I'm not sure what the performance diff would be between the 3650 and 4650.
i think for a good bet for that card is that it will run ~40fps avg with AA and AF on so i think you will be pleased with the performance over your 3650 :)
or even better, you can score a 3870 like kurgan said or a 9600gt, both for under $100 that will outperform the 4650 by a decent margin. the main thing holding back the 4650 is the 128bit mem bus where both aforementioned cards have a 256bit.

Thanks for all the help, I did decide to go with the 4650, as it is better than my card, and my girlfriend is getting my 3650.
For the price and the rebates, you can't go wrong with 39.99 XD

Older thread, but I figured I would post my results.
Just got the card in a few hours ago. Install went great, although ATi is mean with 137MB drivers. Anywho, I am now able to finally get good FPS in COD4 and WoW is always maxxed out. Thanks for all of your help again everyone!
