yes it will. however, the amount of channels that you can pull from it is solely depends on your local cable company's decision! some people has better luck, they even get DisneyHD, ESPNHD, NGO HD, etc., some only get local HD channels.

Thanks not to worried about upper channels TV is mostly stuck on
Nik lol I have a daughter. Anyways its just not worth having what I have
for mainly one channel.
