I have Norton Antivirus 2002 on my computer, Norton AV 2002 & winproxy on the wife's computer. Her computer connects to the internet-dialup. we both use outlook, but with nortons e-mail scanner running on hers I cannot get my e-mail??! Disable e-mail scanner on hers my e-mail works just fine. her e-mail works either way.
I have a funny feeling it has to do with the way my network is setup. I use a static ip adderess.192.168.0.xxx .
Never had this problem before Norton 2002. Used Norton 2001 before, but that version had your specific e-mail information.
This version looks like it auto detects information??
