Why don’t you take the motherboard and PS and HDD and just put them in the fridge, run the CD and FLOPPY thru the wall or roof and chill the whole thing. Then you don't need to worry about Condensation

About 35c idle, im still trying to improve the cooling system. I am currently running open case as I am waiting for my case fans, and I am working on the cutting out the panel for a plexiglass install.

if your tubes are ment to be clear then you are using too much water wetter, it whould only be 2 oz per quart

I did the same thing but instead of putting the rad in the fridge I simply removed it and put the freon tubes above into the coolant by bending them down like this. I then cranked up the fridge. You could probably conrol the temps to keep them higher around say 15 deg. C if you want by putting the thermistat in fridge into the coolant also. You would then not need a rad and it would be more efficient.

Forgot to add with this setup I got temps for the core of my chip to -12 deg. C at load for 10 hours!

Just a quick tip: You can use the IMG tag to put images in a post instead of having to make a new post for each individual image :).
