I saw one at London Drugs for about $280 Canadian... how's that sound to you guys? And is it worth the $100 jump from the 7200?

u can get a oem 8500 in vancouver for $303 if you are going to go that high

You're probably not going to believe this but I got my computer there Friday. What's the difference between OEM and Retail anyways?

retail runs at 275mhz gpu and 550mhz mem
oem is 250 and 500
this is what I have read, some people say even as low as 230 for non retail cards
also you get a bit of software and a nice looking box

Ottoman is right... I picked up my retail 7500 @ business depot in toronto of all places for 199$. A decent deal in my opinion. Tv out @ 1024x768 svideo to my HD tv kix some serious butt...

I thought they run OEM at 230/230
in the US 7500 OEM are only $100 how much is that in canadian?

$100 US is around $150-$160 Canadian.

Hmm I wonder if it's worth it to go all out and get a GeForce 3 Ti200 like a VisionTek Xtasy 6564. They are around $260 Canadian + taxes.

Best deal; in Canada for a retail ATI 7500 was $199 at futureshop.ca or at London Drugs in BC.

OEM ATI 7500 card is available here for $175 CA thats an awesome deal in Canadian bucks
