PC2100 recommendations?

See my previous post I have to return to the market because my KR7A does not support corsair 2700.
I am looking for 512mb of 2100. Should I stick with Corsair? Also have seen unbuffered, registered and unregistered. Will accompany a 2000+

If you plan on filling up all four dimms then get registered. Otherwise get unbuffered RAM (haha... unregistered.... :beer: ), and Crucial makes the best PC2100, but right now their prices are CRAP.

If you want to fight the price increases, I dunno, wait to upgrade until they stop making DDR Boards. :D

There is a problem with crucial 512 sticks with the KR7. Read about it here. (http://www.viahardware.com/faq/kg7kr7/kg7kr7faq.htm) hope this helps.

Then you can just get two 256MB sticks... it's cheaper....
