i have tried to post a pic of this a few times but every time my mac had let me down, now i have virtual pc so here you go:

it is made from a plastic plug that i hollowed out with my dremal, the exit pipe goes where the cable should be and the entrance pipe is in the middle.

i find that the 10mm copper piping holds the vinal tubing quite well and that nothing else is needed

Tell me a little more about the block. It looks like its direct die cooling; is it? What are your temps with the block.

Cool.
Is the water channel only on the die, (wet die only) or on the whole cpu surface?

it is direct die, i used epoxy over all the resistors and bridges, then stuck the block on with the epoxy (it wasn't a good chip) the block was made out of an UK power plug, i had to cut out all the stuff inside to give me a clear space i get 24 degrees idle and the same at load, the ambient is around 20 degrees, i am using a dual 120mm becooling rad with both fans at 7 volts

did u take any extra precautions since it was on die cooling? what kind of glue did u use also?
