Power cycle both devices, should be resolved.

Is this a wired or wireless issue?

For wireless, I've seen the wireless profile become corrupt, which requires deleting the profile and recreating it (re-entering the wep key). Limited or no connectivity is most common with wireless connections that do not have valid authentication, and thus the router refuses to hand out an IP.

Try reinstalling your network adapter drivers? Sometimes it does the trick!

reset the tcp/ip stack

at the command line:

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

I did that, now it says it is connected in network conections, but still no proper net access, if i renew ip it loses itself again

Try reinstalling your network adapter drivers? Sometimes it does the trick!
i tried that, no difference

did you try a second network cable to eliminate that cable?
i tried that, cable is fine on other machine

Did you reboot the router?
i did

WTF can this be!

Delete the network interface from device manager, let the system redetect the network card and install drivers. Then does it work?

Are you sure your set to automatically obtain IP and DNS? You may try running some scans, like this one:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Or take a Hijackthis scan and post the log here, there could be traces of some malware which have broken things and could lead us to a solution that works.

Can you check some of the files that are reported as missing by the HJT log and let me know if they in fact exist or not? Like these:

O23 - Service: Event Log (Eventlog) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: HTTP SSL (HTTPFilter) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\lsass.exe (file missing)

If what that scan is saying is true, then you are missing a lot of windows files on this PC - either you deleted them, or you've had a virus thats left your system in a sad state.

From what I see there, you may want to try sfc /scannow from the command prompt to see if it can replace the missing files. Still, I'd say thats optimistic - more realistic advice would probably be to tell you to reinstall Windows. You have a lot of O23 service entries in your registry which have been broken, and seeing that, who knows what other subsystems are affected (obviously your networking is one of them).

Also, is this a 64bit system? The syswow64 folder should only exist on 64bit systems - if your system is not 64bit, then this could be a malicious folder.

Alright, the system file checker apparently doesn't find all those system files that are missing important. On the other hand, your internet connection does find some missing files important.

I can't say for sure your internet problem isn't repairable, but with the HJT scan as a baseline indicator of the state of your system - I'd say its in your best interest to reinstall windows. Someone else may have a better idea... If it were me tho, I wouldn't waste time troubleshooting a system missing a bunch of critical system files as its probably quickest to get a new good install on there.

That's just my perspective tho, thats not to say its best.
