Ok so Im not sure about a couple things. Now I am going to be water cooling my CPU, North and South Bridge, and 2 full coverage video cards. I have a Swiftech MCP655-B Series 12 VDC Water Pump and I will be using 4 120mm fans to cool a Black Ice GTX480 radiator. Im just wondering if this one 480 radiator and one swiftech pump is sufficient enough to cool all of these waterblocks. I think i will be using 3/8" tubing for sharper bends. Thank you

Depends on the block. If you're using a Fuzion or a GTZ, you definitely want more power in that loop. If you're using an Apogee GT, it's a very free flowing block with low restriction so you should be fine. Depending on where you place the components or how powerful the fans are, you might not need a 480 radiator though. Maybe instead, get an XSPC RS360 or a Thermochill 120.3?

go with 1/2" tubing IMO and don't bother with the south bridge cooling. get some XSPC full coverage blocks if you HAVE to go with full coverage as they tend to be free flowing blocks. go with a Swiftech MCW30 for the northbridge and Swiftech GTZ or Dtek V2 for the cpu. that pump can handle 2 320mm rads as well as 2-3 other free flowing blocks just fine.

I prefer 7/16" tubing after having gone the 1/2" route. As stated above, you can skip the SB waterblock and get a nice air cooler.
We also need to know what fans you are going to be using.

i would go with 7/16" or 1/2" ID tubing. i would forget the southbridge, as someone else said. and i would only bother to WC the northbridge if oyu are going to do some extreme OCing, if not, a decent heat sink on it and a fan is enough. southbridge is fine stock.
what are you vgas? i would think that an mcp655 and a 480 res would suffice for cpu, gpu gpu..
i would also consider a two loop set up. one running the cpu and NB if you want and the other doing oyur gpus.

right now Petras has D4 pump (http://www.petrastechshop.com/lad4in12vdcp.html)s, almost as good as D5's for only $30 i grabbed one for a second GPU only loop with a Swiftech MCR320.
when i said 1/2" i just meant barbs, for the flow, whether he uses 1/2" tubing or 7/16" doesn't matter.

It's important to know what your components you're cooling will be. It's really a question of being able to handle the heat. If you have high performance GPUs and a hot CPU, I would recommend two separate loops.

Well guys I already have everything except the radiator, tubing, and fans but here are the components Ill be using: 780i SPP and Mosfet Kits Rev2(for my 780iboard) (http://imageevent.com/marginjohn/viperjohn), Danger Den MPC-Universal Chipset Block (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_241&products_id=22747), 2 XSPC Razor 8800GT/GTS (G92) Full Coverage VGA Water Block(for 2 8800gt cards) (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=240&products_id=23428), Danger Den TDX CPU Water Block UNIVERSAL Mounting Top(for intel Q6600 quad cpu) (http://www.arcticmod.com/computer-mod/danger-den-tdx-cpu-water-block-uv-blue-universal-mounting-top1/2in-3/8in-or-1/4in-OD.htm), and I was thinking of getting 4 ENERMAX UC-12EB 120mm ENLOBAL Magnetic Baraometric Bearing Case Fans (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=36_49&products_id=20438)

So will this setup work well????

Well, you'll need two pumps, rads, reses. Two seperate loops. But yea, not bad.
You can try it on one loop with two pumps. I wouldn't.

I don't think that GTX480 will be too efficient with those fans you have chosen. That radiator needs higher cfm fans than those. Get some medium Yate Loons at least for the rad. And instead of the TDX block, get the MC-TDX block as it is optimized for quad core procs and is the same price range as the one you linked. With the MC-TDX you can probably get by with just one pump since it has almost no restriction (I own one). I have no experience with that DD nb block you linked, but the Swiftech MCW30 nb block is very free flowing and quite a bit cheaper. And another thing; shop around at stores like www.jab-tech.com or www.sidewindercomputers.com or www.petrastechshop.com too as they generally have better pricing than the stores you linked to and I know for a fact that their customer service is second to none. Just to give you an idea here on savings from them versus the stores you linked:
Swiftech MCW30 nb block (http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swmcchco1.html) - $24.95 - Sidewinder, MCW30 nb block (http://www.jab-tech.com/Swiftech-MCW30-Chipset-cooler-pr-3251.html) - Jab-tech
Fans - Yate Loon D12SM (http://www.petrastechshop.com/12yalod1cafa1.html) - 4/$19.95 - Petra's Tech Shop or Jab-tech (http://www.jab-tech.com/YATE-LOON-120mm-Case-Fan-D12SM-12-Medium-Speed-pr-3770.html) - $3.39 each in 3-9 quantity.
EDIT: BTW, performance PC's has the MC-TDX in stock and cheaper than the link you have for the regular TDX.
