Sapphire 3850 100% Fan Speed

I did a quick search but came up with nothing. I'm wondering how long the fan might last on my 3850 with it set to 100% all the time. The noise doesn't bother me (at least I know it's working) and I don't trust RivaTuner to auto adjust the settings based on temp.
