VR won't detect in xp

i recently got a 150gb hlfs Velociraptor, however i can see the driver under device manager, but it won't show up under my computer, anyone know whats the problem here? is there like a driver or something? i got the oem version so.. just bare drive.

did you look in the Disk Management tool? Right click my computer>manage>disk management

Most likely it's either not formatted or not "active" as windows likes to put it.
