if someone o/c there memory when should they use memory cooling? Or is there any way to see how hot it is?
Generally, memory doesn't require any additional cooling as long as you have decent airflow through the case. I've never noticed any of my memory getting over "slightly warm" to the touch, in my case and I have over 3V going through some of mine.
Wouldn't hurt to have a fan actively blowing across your memory but it may not help obtain higher speeds either.
