Keep on getting this error message appearing after my system reboots, could someone let me know if its cos im pushing the card too far 235/245 (has a modded 'blorb'(5500rpm) and ramsinks) or is it a driver issue? im using det 23.11, any ideas welcome.

MX seem to be having alot of problems with XP as some couldn't even install XP with the card in.

What does the error say?

Does it refer to something like nv4.dsp or something like that I forgot.

If its that then its a driver issue and try uninstall and reinstalling some like a previous driver.

Just remove those drivers and head to the German ASUS ftp and grab the latest 23.12 drivers..they are pure stock unmodified nvidia drivers and they rock rock rock...

Yep your right the error i keep getting reads something like this:

szAppName : Drivers.Display szAppVer:10DE015A4402B1043

szAppName : nv4_disp.dll szModVer:6.13.10.2311 Offset:BBBD06EA

havn't really got a clue what there trying to tell me, but that second line seems to be quite a popular occurance with asus v7700 owners!

Thanks for all the help, if u could give us the url for the German Asus ftp site 23.13 drivers it would be much appreciated.

sorry, just a little add on. I think i read somewhere that it could aslo be a conflict between:

Motherboards with Via chipsets:eek:
+
Graphics cards with Nvidia Chipsets:eek:
+
Windows XP:eek:

But i guess ill try new drivers before i change any of the above!
