Hi everyone!

I sent PTS an email 2 weeks ago and they have not returned by message. Are you guys experiencing the same problem?

Have you followed up with another email? I'd be surprised to hear that Petra's wouldn't reply to an email that wasn't caught in their junk filter or otherwise lost.

This is the company that sends handwritten thank-you notes, after all.

I'm surprised too! I've emailed them in the past and have bought from them. I shall email them again, perhaps their backup one this time.

I emailed "[email protected]" 6 hours ago. Still no response

Blaze, it's now Sunday here, so I wouldn't look for an answer before tomorrow.

EDIT: That "halfway around the world" thing is getting you I believe.
