Steam released a new beta that enable in game we browser and i just made this thread using it lol :)

to enable it

steam > settings > beta participation > choose the new beta

Yeah, I was about to ask. It would be pretty bad if they made their own like CCP did with the EvE in game browser. That things a joke.

i welcome the new steam browser, keeps me from alt-tabbing to check stuff :P

its awesome now when my gf walks up and needs me to check something while in game i can just use there brower! Thank you steam.

I know they got some bad things but i like steam a lot and usually only purchase games from them.

I like the in-game browser. It works well for surfing slashdot and ocforums while waiting for the round to end.

Well, I used it. Now instead of just telling your friends they suck over the steam chat, you can email them to remind them later.
