Found this on slickdeals. (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=1076306)
Got in for the last one at my local Toys R Us this morning. Paid $117 out the door and walked away with a free $25 gift card. Also went to my local Walmart and got another one price matched since the offer is advertised in Toys R Us' weekly ad and Walmart will match a competitors' advertised price. They wouldn't match the GC though.
Ooh, less than 5 in stock locally as of 20 minutes ago. I hope it lasts until I get off work in 8 hours.
OOS here in CA but can try Walmart/Bestbuy price match.
I tried Walmart but the manager gave me an attitude saying they don't PM because of the $25 gift certificate even when I told her I don't care bout the GC. I even asked her to show me store policy stating for price match and her exact word were "I don't have to show it to you"...oh well, I'm bored enough to call corporate up just to have a little fun. Definitely gonna try another Walmart after work.
Just went to another Walmart, they already lowered the price on RB2 SE so don't need to PM. Grabbed 1 for xbox 360 and 2 for ps3. Wohoo

I got in on this @ Toys-r-Us in Torrance, Ca. They have many left, at least 10-15 @ 3pm
Tried the one in Culver City, Ca @ noon and saw the last one walk out the door in someone's arms.
Thanks for the heads up on this!

I heard that it only comes with the drums, so no guitar and microphone. Can anyone confirm this?

Special edition is 1 drum set, 1 guitar, 1 microphone, 1 game.
I'm going to be stopping at Circuit City and Best Buy on the way home today with my ad scans to see what I can come up with.

Oh, gotcha. Thanks Krusty.
Stopped by circuit city on the way home today and picked it up for $109 - 10%. I brought in a print out of the ad scan as well as a zoomed in print out of the advertisement for this product. I wound up paying about $110 after tax. They wouldn't honor the $25 gift card part, but I didn't push it much either.
This was at the circuit city in Mission Viejo, CA btw.
For those of you trying to get items like this price matched, here are a few tips for you:
Try coming in when it's not too busy. When the employees are not stressed, they'll be more inclined to be lenient on you.
Always come in with a smile and treat them like a friend from the get-go. If you treat them like a friend (and address them by name), they will innately act more friendly to you and be more inclined to give you your special discount.
Don't be a kid. This helps for me at least :D. I'm 29 years old and made a mention that the game is for my nephew (yeah, I lied). If you don't look like a juvenile delinquent and aren't there for selfish reasons, that could be a big help.
When I went in for a price match, I started out on a friendly foot with the people and I think that helped me a lot. One of the people helping me admitted that he's supposed to call only the nearest toys r us and only give the price match if they confirm the sale is real and that the item is in stock. As the nearest toys r us was out of stock, I dodged a bullet just by keeping a smile on my face.
