SN# Prob w/Asus GeForce2

I'm trying to install the DVD software that came with my Asus vid card. During the install it asks for the SN. I use a 10 character alpha-numeric off of the sticker from the card's top. This sticker has the model number and what I think is the SN. The registration won't accept it. Any clue what number it wants?

look at the book or on the cd for a number.
