Do you occasionally have to reseat your heatsink and reapply grease. the reason I ask is because my temps slowly rise overtime then I take the heatsink off and reseat it and the temps go back down?

You shouldn't have to but overtime you should 4-6 months its a good clean up anyways.

You should wipe all the dust off the fins and stuff as well as your case must be all dusty and all the case fans are all covered in dust.

In every 4 months you should reclean the core and the heatsink detach the heatsink fan and clean all the fins and clean the heatsink. Clean the case and clean the case fans and all your other things in the case.

Sort of like a tune up or an oil change.
