I have just purchased some corsair2400 and want to get the bet Fsb out of it, where do i find the ram settings, or are they not available with my motherboard(k7t266a) and what would be the best settings.
Thanx for any help.
:eh?:

On my Shuttle's bios the ram settings are in the "Advanced Chipset features" sub-menu, under DDR Timings... look for something similar.
The biggest increases come from turning bank interleave to 4-way, Cas latency to 2. For the other settings turn everything to the lowest number. Except Command rate at 1T which may not work so well with a big overclock, hardly any difference from 2T. Increasing DDR voltage may also help to stabilize your RAM if the FSB is overclocked.
But go ahead and experiment. I don't think you can hurt anything. Just test it with Sandra. And when you think you've found the right settings, do a burn-in for just memory with about 10 or 20 loops.

FSB is different from ram settings though... FSB will improve everything in your system. It either adjusts in the Bios or by switches on the mobo. Just tweak it up a bit at a time and benchmark with Sandra. Don't go very high unless you have good cooling. See the articles on the front page for more info.
Use 2T Cas Timing instead of 3T or whichever the board default is.
Set all banks to "Turbo" if not that then the lowest latency.
Similar to what as been said.
And yes it is in the chipset area.

heres some nice guides for deciding what timings to use and some explanation of what all this means:http://www.lostcircuits.com/advice/bios2/6.shtml
