My RAM is currently at 800Mhz, but i ordered 1033Mhz RAM. I phoned them about it today and they said something about it might be limited by my clock settings.
Is there a way to find out what RAM they have sent me, and do I have to do something (perhaps in the bios) to get this ram to run at the correct timinigs.

You should be able to check the sticks themselves, generally there is a sticker or something on them that tells you the speed/timings/volts to set them at. You need this information. If the info isnt on the sticks itself, i'd suggest googling your sticks.
And yes, anything over DDR-800 requires tweaks. Dont blame the memory maker though, they dont have a choice in the matter. The standards body that comes up with the SPD timings for ram tells us that DDR-1066 isnt possible to manufacture with todays technology so they dont provide a standard for it... funny how my sticks seem to be fine at DDR-1300...
Anyway, we would need to know a bit more about what your running, the options to tweak depend on what your running. AMD/Intel? Motherboard chipset?

There is a 1066 jedec standard, the problem with the standards is they have to run on 1.8v for ddr2. The only sticks I've seen for sale @ 1066 1.8v have cas 7 timings. Yes memory manufacturers can make ddr2-1300 sticks but not at 1.8v.
To the op, Full specs would help, mem type motherboard ect. Also down load cpu-z and take a screen shot of the SPD tab and post it up.
