I have a friend who's PNY GeF Ti200 card keeps locking....
When he scrolls frame layouts with Jasc Animation Shop the monitor locks with what looks like a red checkerboard pattern...the mouse moves on the screen but won't interact
The computer is working behind the frozen monitor because I can insert a CD and it plays... I can also get the HD to work with minimal keystroke effort... I've updated all applicable drivers for the monitor, the PNY, and anything that has to do with windows video display..the problem is repeatable and isolated... he uses the software alot and needs help....
I'm all out of ideas... anybody here have a fresh perspective?
