I have a Thermaltake Armor+ case with an easy to use/reach eSATA female connector on the top front (next to USB & Firewire)...but my mobo doesn't do internal eSATA.

I've been looking at cards like these ones (cards A (http://http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=16-133-002&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&SelectedRating=5&PurchaseMark=&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&Keywords=) and B (http://http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816132011)), to add internally and allow an external hardrive to run at SATA speeds. Such cards provide female eSATA connectors that can be reached from the back of the computer. Some cards say they provide internal SATA connections...

I need some card from which I will be able to run - within the case itself - a cable towards the case's in-built eSATA connector so I don't have to mess around with the back of the case.

Any ideas?

Bump.

No one has experienced this? Do these cards allow for an eSata connection to be made from the inside of a case?
