Which pins to connect

Hey

I have a cC0 Celeron 700 with a default voltage of 1.70v. I would like to raise its default voltage to 2.0v.

Is it correct if I connect VID1, VID2 and VSS? Or do I only have to connect VID1 and VID2?

Also I would like to know if it's OK to use this picture for a referrence for where to put the wires in: http://www.overclockers.com/tips630/socket370.jpg

You only need to connect vid1 and vid2. The picture enclosed is fine. Just make a "U" out of a piece of copper and place it in the BLUE and PINK pinholes.
