Norton Problems

I have Norton systemworks 2002
Run Disk Doc. Finds a few errors
Ok I check fix errors. It needs exclusive access to the drive, says schedule and restart ok I do this get the same message. Tried closing off stuff no go. Also, the xp chkdsk doesn't pick up the errors......
Also the same is for the norton deframent as well...
Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you running this under the Administrator's account?

Does System works come with floppies, or a bootable cd, that disc doctor can be run from? I know Utils 2000 did.
