Red,
Call them on the phone, don't use Email with them.
I had a issue with them a while back and on the phone they are pretty decent and work fast.......Well faster than if you send them an Email :(
North America & South America

If It was me I'd call them and ask them to issue you a manual RMA number while your still on the phone.
ATI customer support is pretty decent, but you may have run into a ATI worker late for his donut break when you called.

Usually they won't replace a real ATI card with an OEM, OEM's are usually RMA'd by the retail distributor. Only thing you may have a problem with, is them, issuing you a "remanufactured" card. Basically an RMA'd card that they "fixed".

Probably the only way to tell is to look at the Gold pins that go into the AGP slot..........Then again ATI could claim they 'tested it' thats why it shows slight wear :)
