i have an old school setup with P4 2.93 GHz, 1 GB of PC3200 ram ,and has integrated graphics. i want to upgrade the mobo so i can use a AGP card with DVI output that I got from a friend for as cheap as possible. I'm looking at the

do you think it will work or does anybody have a better suggestion?

That should be ok assuming that you can still get that M/B, may be some more Ram too

That board only has two slots for DDR or DDR2. One or the other. SO if you dont have 1gig sticks of RAM. You wont be able to run 2 gigs.Other than that it allrigt. Asrock has some similar boards you may want to look at also.
