Usually your Video card will have plugs for it. But I suggest hokking it straight into your PSU. Sometimes using the power through the vidcard can cause problems.

The one for my MX-400 is plugged into the video card itself. The one for my Voodoo3 is plugged into one of my motherboard fan headers.
if you vid card dosen't have a jack for it look on the motherboard for spare fan headers and if that fails go get a 4pin to 3pin adapter and plug it into your powersupply.

Or cut off the three pin, and just stick the wires straight into the molex. That's what I do, a little ducktape goes a long way :)
you can buy the 3 to 4 pin molex connecters at most computer stores...they cost about .99 to 1.25 depending on where you buy them.

If you wish to buy the adaptor online, have a look at: www.millisec.com , or www.2cooltek.com , or www.1coolpc.com .
