Shortcut to eSata

Just wondering if its possible to set up a shortcut to "refresh plugged in hdd's" so I dont need to go through device manager everytime I plug in my eSata hdd?

Or anyway to get it to automatically find it so its useable?

I use a program called Hotswap.

It puts an Icon in the taskbar which allows you to quickly scan for new devices (or remove).
