I know Petras Tech might be cheaper but I live in FL so shipping should be much cheaper from here.
Please let me know what you think and if Im missing anything.
Thanks....

go to jabtech or petras or sidewinders for parts. check how much they want to shipping and remember to include the total price, go with who ever is cheaper.
second i would spend the extra 10 on a feser rad. you can use much quieter fans for the same performance. or faster fans and get a little bit more.
don't waste your money for that danger den pump, get a Swiftech MCP355(same pump, but $10 cheaper ) also i would get the XSPC pump top and you can use 1/2" ID tubing and more importantly get more flow.
i would also go with some PT nuke and distilled water over any coolants out there.

Will go and check out those sites now, thanks. As for 1/2" tubing, you think I should use that instead of 7/16", it will be good enough? Also, its worth getting the 1900RPM Slip Streams, i think theyre like 110CFM? I was sure if that would be overkill or not lol..
Do you mean this http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/xsladdctop.html?
Also, is this worth getting instead of the swiftech reservoir? http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/xsacreforlad.html
Thanks.

i personally went with 1/2" ID and 3/4" OD tubing but would like to try the 7/16. i hear you basically get the same flow rates but most of the time you need to dip the tubing into boiling water to get it on the barb. and then you have to cut the tubing to get it off, which i don't like.
so for me i would go with 1/2".

yes thats the top i was talking about.
for that pump the best after market top was that XPSC with the res so if you like it thats the best option. and if you tight on space its also a bonus.
here is a link to that review (http://martinsliquidlab.i4memory.com/DDC31PumpTopTesting.html).

great. thanks, you have been really helpful. just one more quick question for now, is there any difference btw using 5/8" OD and 3/4" OD, or is it just a preference?

There's very little difference between 3/8th and 1/2in tubing as far as temps go. I'm talking less than 1C in a typical loop. This is assuming you can get more than 1.0gpm with your setup, which you should have no problems with.
A few things i'd change since you haven't ordered anything yet. The Swiftech MCR320 will cool your quad fine, cost less than half as much, and you won't have to use jet engine fans to acheive optimal cooling. You'll be able to use the $5 Yate loon mediums all around. If you just want that rad, the Slipstreams aren't the best fans for it. They are known to fall off on the static pressure when paired with the high fin density rads. The S-flex fans are much better, but also more expensive. The Yate highs work very will with them as well. With compression fittings, you need to match the ID/OD of the tubing with the clamps. They are made to work together to get the best seal. Using different tubing will greatly increase your chances of leaks or physically not fit if the OD is bigger.

Will I notice a big difference between the Black Ice Extreme 360 and the Feser 360? Its a $40 diferrence. $99 v $139
Temperature wise, no. The BIX GTX is one of the top performers but you have to use high speed fans to get that top performance. This is due to their high fin density. The Fesser and TFC rads have lower fin density so air moves more easily through them, thus cools very well with low speed fans. Their sheer size makes them very good performers too. Any of the better 320 rads will cool your listed loop fine. It's just a matter of how loud you want your system. Noise might not seem like an issue till you have to listen to it EVERYDAY. It gets very annoying, but the choice is yours.

I posted that last comment b4 I read yours. So I eventually plan on adding a waterblock for my gtx 280, will the swiftec be able to cool that also? Will the temps be comparable to the fesser? and what sort of fans should be used with the MCR320? the loons?

ya i have the Swiftech MCR320 with 6 high speed yates running at 5v's. most people put medium speed yates with a fan controller.
i was going by performance pc prices for the 2 rads. if you would like to keep costs down then the Swiftech MCR series are the best price/performance.

3 more quick questions. Will the MCR320 be powerful enough to cool the cpu & a gtx 280? Also, how much tube do I need. Ive been looking everywhere but i can find an answer as to the length. And finally, do I really need a shroud. Some say yes, others say no.

if i remember correctly the thermochill and maybe the feser rads need shrouds, or at least gain from them. but the swiftech has a 1/4" space between the rad and fans.
as for tubing i just got 10 feet and that was enough, i had about 4 feet left over. just get more then what you need just in case.
i'm not sure how hot either of those new cpu's and gpu's get but from what i read the 320 will handle it plus a little overclocking.
if you cpu is anything like mine then the 320 will cool it great by itself and be able to handle the gpu.

Here is my final build. Please let me know if I should make any more changes. I have until the morning to order.
Swiftech MCP355 12v DC Pump
XSPC Acrylic Reservoir for Laing DDC
Swiftech GTZ w/ LGA 1366 Hold Down
Swiftech MCR320-QP Quiet Power 3X120mm
Tygon R3603 1/2in. ID 3/4in. OD Laboratory x 10
Feser Compression Fitting G1/4 Thread - 1/2in ID - 3/4in OD - High Flow x 8
(Just to confirm, I dont need any clamps for these right)
Thanks again for all your help.
Anything with a compression fitting on it WILL NOT need a clamp.

looks good, why are you getting 8 fittings though? 2 for the pump, 2 for the rad, 2 for the block.

the xspc top replaces the pump's barbs.

or do you mean a separate res?

that is y i originaly put 8 barbs, but then I looked at a few reviews, and I just forgot to take off the extras
Oops, looked that the original list instead of the updated one. My bad.
Axis
You should think about one of these http://www.jab-tech.com/XSPC-M20x1.5mm-to-G1-4-fillcap-adapter-pr-4205.html, it fits the fill port on the XSPC res, put a 1/2" barb in it and run a line to a fill port on the top of the case. It makes filling the res much easier. I have one in my rig, works great!
But then you'll need another barb a fill port and an extra foot or so of tubing also.

i second that, you can use of the metal barbs that comes with the swiftech GTZ since they come with barbs and all you would need is a fill port or plug the like with w/e you want. this way you can have the res /pump below any other components and fill it easier.
