I started this (http://forums.overclockers.ws/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44329) a while back when I first started mine.

How high depends on the chip, and varies chip to chip. I would suspect, with decent cooling, that 1500-ish would be a reasonable goal with most tualatin celerons... but some (like mine) require a lot of voltage and I would only recommend going this high with GOOD cooling...
