file-sharing progs, limeware probs!

I have been using limerwire, and recently it's started to totally crap out. I used to get up to 20+ terabytes of available files, and now I get less than 1 Gig. I was using v1.8 and now 2.2. My roommate had the same problem using v1.7. So what's the deal with Limewire?

What file-sharing progs would you recommend since limewire is working so poorly?
