Can someone please explain me the difference between a graphics card's:

a) Graphics clock
b) Processor clock

And i don't mean cpu processor clock. I do mean graphics card's processor clock.
I got this doubt by viewing the specs of this card.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/product_geforce_9800_gtx_plus_us.html
Please visit the link. Don't just assume which card it is. Visit the link so that you'll understand what im talkin about. Visit the link and click on the specifications tab. And if possible, please explain me the rest of the terms also. I know that i can check for article(becuz that's the first thing anyone would tell me). But i can't seem to find and article with all of the terms present in the specs page of this gpu.

Thanks in advance!!!!

Graphics speed in this card would be the GPU speed. And the processor is the shader speed. I can't tell you the exact difference between the two....
