Reason I ask is because I've been experiencing incomplete downloads. For example when I d/l a large file from Megaupload, when the d/l starts I'll get about 1800kbps and that'll maintain for about the first 10-15 seconds and then it'll drop to about 800kbps and that'll maintain for about 30 seconds and then all of a sudden it'll just drop quickly until it gets to 0, I then pause the d/l, wait a few seconds, then unpause it and it'll jump back up to 1800kbps and complete the d/l.

This happens in FF and Opera. Haven't tried IE but I'd imagine it would do the same there as well.

doing a quick search it looks like

C:\Windows\System32\Pdhd2Pan.exe is a trojan? it looks like you have vista because i see some of the aero stuff is running. i doubt that would be the issue though.
