How can I get rid of the Microsoft Network Login screen that pops up everytime I boot my machine? I still want it to login, just not ask me for my password everytime, but do it automatically. Prefereably without the screen even coming up.

Are you talking about a network login, or the stupid windows one?

Tweak UI if you got Client for Microsoft Networks set up in Network Neighborhood assuming you have W98SE

You could also switch the Client for Microsoft Networks to Windows Logon & then let it do its own thing:beer:

Oooopppssss. Rookie mistake, sorry guys.

I have WinMe.

The problem is when I set it to Windows Logon, it still comes up with the stupid window that I have to push ok on so that it connects with my network drives. I'll try TweakUI and see what that does.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions guys, and sorry for my omission of OS (bad boy :D )

EDIT: I just checked out TweakUI and according to Microsoft it should not be used for WinME. In fact, a lot of users have reported very bad experiences using it on Win 98SE and ME.
