Folding@home? ScreensaveLifesaver?

I trying to join a team but just not sure which one should I go with.
The ScreensaverLifesaver research for cancer.

but I'm unable to find what research is folding at home for.
can some one tell me...
I really need infomation to decide which one I should pick.
