There have been at least 3-4 threads lately concerning how to vid pin mod a Tualatin correctly.

Someone should explain it and give real pictures, through the process.

Edit: And Sticky It.

Its always good to be ahead as where people will come in and read "This may kill your chip if not done correctly," and get the idea that they wont do it all where they think they will waste their money. As I read "You can kill your core if you put a heatsink on too fast," when I was learning how to put on HSF, and well who does slap it on the core?

Just that it'd be nice if someone can maybe even make a video or something like a step by step process and explaining every method if everyone wants to dish their spare time out.

I've still got those two pics that are in a few posts. So who ever does it PM me and i can zap them to you.

I sitll havn't done the mod my self. But god I know a lot on how to do it. LOL It's confusing at first but once I saw these pics the pieces came together. Took me along time to comprehend what it all ment. ST6 will be here Thursday and i'll be seting up then...vid pining and geting some sort of thermal probe set up. watercooling set back up...and hopes and dreams of 1.5 :)
