enermax voltages

I have a 350w enermax and I am wondering if the voltages I am getting from it are ok
I am using pc probe 2 which came with my asus tusl2-c
the voltages are not stable
+12v 11.65-11.97
+5v 4.97-5
+3.3 3.42-3.47
Vcore 1.808-1.824

the only voltage I an really worried about being out of spec is the +12

the house I am in seems to have lousy power too.
lights dim and brighten

The voltages you have posted are within tolerances.

If your mains power supply is not to good you might want to invest in either a surge protector or a UPS.
