It is a voodoo 5 5500.
I think some of the traces are damaged. One part of the board looks like it a scratch that is a few mm long.
Does anyone know where I can take it to get it fixed. Or does anyone here do that kinda thing.

I found a super extra ultra micro fine trace pen online and was able to bring back a GeForce 2MX form the dead. If you have a very good maginfying glass and some good luck you may be able to reconnect the traces that are damaged. It's a very long shot and requires precision work (as the reconnected traces can't touch anything else) But if you feel lucky you can try it. Most cases are unsucesfull and your left with and expensive door stop. Or in your case, a huge key chain. Those voodoo's are huge :D
Good luck. If you decide you want to try this and need pointers let me know. I'll do my best to give you a fighting chance.

LOL I don't want it. Would cost more for him to ship it to me then to order a conductive pen.
If you want to try it first thing you got to do is find a ultra super mini tiney tiney itsy bitsy little super ultra fine tip conductive pen. I got mine at an online shop. Not radio shack
Then you either need a really good magnifying glass or your grandma's bi-focals ;) You need to get in close. What I actualy did was use the college's fancy microscopes so I could really see what I was doing.
Then I used a piece of paper to cover all of the leads but the one I wanted to cover. and very carefully used the silver trace pen to connect the broken trace...gave it a sec to dry. and checked my work.
The trace has to be reconnected perfectly. It can't touch anything else or it "shorts" and won't work.
This is micro surgery at it's best. It was difficult and took me along time and cost me a head ache. This stuff is small !!!
Good luck...I'll try to find the vendor that had the ultra super mini micro insy bitsy tenie tiney ultra super fine pen. I ain't kiddin' it's got to be small ;)

Alright I will try to reconnect the traces. I will look around for a tracing pen. Thanks.

Yes, that's the one. It looks like the same pen I did my projct with. :D Only instruction I don't like there is don't squeze the pen hard or you'll end up with a very large amnount of goop coming out the pen. Insted Only squeze very lightly and be sure to get only a small amnount out. Just enought to reconnect the single trace. After it dries you can go back and check for small spots that didn't connect and need a small touch up. Other then that good luck. I'll keep watching to see if you need any more help. :)
You may also find tape useful,
use it to cover the other traces.
Thus doing one at a time and
if you make a mistake such as
too much conductive pen junk,
It will just go ontop the tape!
It's a very cheap percaution but
use scotch tape not masking tape
or Duct tape, these may rip more
traces off! :D

If it doesn't work, you can always salvage the hs off of it for a future project. Best of luck to you!
