Measure HDD speed.

Can anyone tell me what software is good for measuring hard disk performance? I am RAID'ing my PC tommoro and would like to do some before & after tests.

HD Tach and HD Tune are OK, HD tune seems more sensitive to the markers and you will need to adjust the block size in it's option panel to be sure that it does not appear slower then it actually is. Atto is a good tool for judging actual transfer speeds or show if there is a problem with stripe size.
