HIS HD 3850 Bios

Ok guys i need an HIS IceQ HD 3850 bios. If any of yall have one it would be greatly appreicated. My main problem is i just tried to use the RBE ati bios tool from techpowerup. And i modded all the clocks to 720 for the gpu and 950 for the memory. Did i do anything wrong or did i do it right and i just got a flook.

the problem i had was after i modded the bios and flashed the card the drivers said they didnt reconize the card.
