Sorry, probably asked this a few times... but to make my question more precise in return for a more precise answer (hopefully):

I want to overclock my processor (FSB, won't do the unlock until I trust myself enough) but, I want something that will cool it well and be fairly quite.

I'm looking at [Millennium Glaciator II] [Swiftech MCX462] [Alpha Pal8045] [ThermalTake Volcano 6Cu] and [ThermalRight SK-6] .. I think I got that last one's name right.

Anyway.. I need something that is good for overclocking and cooling and is quite. Due to the fact that with my old air-cooled setup I couldn't watch TV without turning my computer off. Plus I think the family would appreciate it. Atleast until my water-cooled setup is ready.

So if someone could help me out, perhaps suggest another HSF that I missed, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks in advance! -Edit- Sorry, just that i'm buying it today and I need a definate answer

Well for hte best results along wiht performance/noise ratio i dont think anyone here will disagree that teh Glaciator 2 is the best. The Alpha will cool a LITTLE better but it IS not where near the Glaciaator in noise lever, the Glac is best performance/noise HS out there.
