Check out this 22" widescreen Samsung (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001306R) for $150. This is a great deal the only downside is the snowflakes on the back.

I'd be cautious of open box LCD's - probably open box because they have dead/stuck pixel(s) and were returned.
