How can we make any suggestions if we don't know anything about the system the RAM is going in? And either post links to the both sets of RAM (preferred), or list the individual spec's of the modules.

also what are you going to use the computer for? I assume Gaming?

Get Crucial instead: Tom's review of PC6400 memory (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ddr2-ram-memory,2079-6.html).

I would not buy anything else unless the dealer was local or paid for all the return shipping because in the past year I've gotten really bad memory modules with OCZ and Corsair (before that, Corsair never failed on me).

yeah I just RMA'ed a set of Cosair's PC6400, only a few weeks old too. my Crucial Ballistix Tracers still run strong, the GEIL DDR2 set I have also is reliable. I am a Crucial/GEIL fan.
