Every link in Google is showing the "This site may harm your computer." link underneath. Even sites like CNN/etc.
Any ideas here?

google screwed up. simple as that.
EVERYONE is getting this. Doesn't matter what language you have google set as either.
so it will be a slight annoyance for a bit. But I'm sure google will get it fixed here shortly.

Maybe Yahoo paid millions of dollars to have someone hack Googles server and make it so every site looked harmful in a ploy to bring more people to itself.

Probably something to due with all of the "Antivirus 2009" re-directs that have been going on. Essentially, there are TONS of infected web servers that re-direct requests from Google to the Antivirus 2009 malware page - but if you type the URL in directly into your browser, you can get to the site and avoid the re-direct/referral. It is believed this is so the webmasters aren't likely to run accross the re-direct since they usually access the site from a Bookmark or by typing in the URL into the browser (and NOT by going to Google and being sent to their websites via a re-direct/referrer link)...
Apparently what happened is Google gets their list of malicious websites from another company. Some Google employee accidentally typed in "/" on the list which made Google consider all websites malicious. It took them all of 30 minutes to fix it. I'll see if I can find the article.

....*tear*...Google messed up? All that I knew as right is now wrong and up is down and good is bad. Say it isn't so Google! Say it isn't so....
But for real, that is funny as he!! that Google had a mess up. I use it all the time and never thought twice about clicking on a link; well I guess that is over.
